I just wanted to say thank you for all that you and your staff do for us. We are
treated as if we are your only customers (always right there when we need you).
:) That kind of customer service is not always the norm.
The Dell technician that was here replacing our tape drive was impressed that I
could call you to run a trial backup and you were available and took care of it
immediately. :) I don't ever want to take for granted how much you guys do for
us and how quickly you respond.
